How do you request a price quote from OX Iron Art?
You can call us or email us using the button below. Or request a price estimate via the contact form. In either case, we will get back to you as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service.
Would you like a personalized quote tailored to your needs?
First of all, it’s important that we have your contact information so we can get in touch with you. In addition, the golden rule applies: “The more information you can provide us, the easier it is for us to give you sound advice.” This includes, for example, drawings or sketches of your existing staircase, photos of the location and situation of the construction project, details about the conditions and location of installation, and any photos or sketches illustrating your preferences regarding styling, material selection, and finish.
How much does a square meter of wrought iron cost?
Sometimes a customer can’t say exactly what they need, but wants to know right away how much it costs per square meter. This is only possible for basic models. It makes sense to have a fixed average price per square meter. However, we cannot give a clear answer to that question right away because the price for every wrought-iron gate, fence, balustrade, garden gate, or French balcony depends on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and all associated costs. We are not out to maximize our profits at the expense of your wallet. Our company values its reputation, and we will never ask you to order products that do not fit your interior and are, moreover, unnecessarily expensive.
What is the payment process?
At the start of the project, you will make a down payment of 20% of the preliminary total amount. This payment covers, among other things, the creation of the technical drawing for your design. Only then can the final and accurate price of the design be determined. It is possible that the price may be adjusted at this stage. You will then receive a prototype of your order. Once you have approved it, the entire order will go into production. You are requested to pay 70% of the remaining amount for the manufacture of your product. If you have not approved the draft design, we will continue discussions with you to arrive at a satisfactory draft design. Once we have started production, no further changes can be made. When your product is ready for shipment, you pay the next 5%. If we handle the installation, you will pay the remaining 5% after installation. For long-term projects, the percentages may vary.
Techniques and applications using gold leaf and other materials
There are techniques that can give your product an even more luxurious look. There are various options available. For example, wrought iron with a gold patina or a gold leaf finish in a modern or antique style.
There are many variations possible! The possibilities are not limited to paint alone. Metal can be successfully combined with wood and stone, and with non-ferrous metals—brass, bronze. Or with art or glass, mirrors, stained glass, crystals, semi-precious stones, and perhaps even with something of your own. The designer’s imagination is boundless, but what’s more important is ensuring the artistic design fits well into the interior so that you’re satisfied with the final result.

The following items are taken into account when calculating the costs:
Development of a design and the necessary working drawings.
The quantity of metal, wrought iron, cast iron, and materials such as brass and bronze.
Anti-corrosion coatings: primers, undercoats, and topcoats (hot-dip galvanizing if required).
Decorative finishes such as enamel, patina, and gilding.
Materials and tools used (cutting, stripping wheels, electrodes, gas, coal, etc.)
Metal processing: shearing, cutting, stretching, rolling, turning, laser cutting.
Molds (often used in the manufacture of straight and spiral staircases).
The actual forging process itself (depending on the number and complexity of the forged parts, as well as the thickness of the metal)
Assembly, cleaning the workpiece, painting, and finishing.
Delivery and installation work.

Reorders and repairs
We can provide replacement parts at any time.
